The licence, and where we read it
The permit was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under the number OGL/2024/1676/0905. The holder is Latcas B.V., the issue date is 19 May 2025 and the status in the register entry is active. We read the entry ourselves in the authority’s certificate register on 2 September 2026.
That is the strongest form of permit detail the material contains: a number a third party confirms, with company name and date on the same row. Two of the other nine rows have nothing but the operator’s own word behind their number, which is set out on the page about offshore licences.
What the permit leaves unsaid matters just as much. A certificate from Curaçao leaves the gambling unlicensed under spellagen, and it changes nothing in the reach of the exclusion register.
Clause 8.7: the check without a threshold
The terms leave the amount unstated. The wording gives the operator a right to demand documentation before any withdrawal, at its own discretion, and that is the commoner of the two drafting styles in the table.
What may be requested is set out unusually fully, however: a selfie with identification, a selfie with identification and a handwritten note, a phone call and a live video call. The document must show name, photograph, date of birth and citizenship.
The deadline is fourteen days, and it runs in one direction only. If the documents fail to arrive, the terms state two consequences: the account is closed and the winnings are forfeited. That is the harshest sanction written into any of the ten agreements, and it sits beside a deadline that binds only the customer — a deadline for the operator’s own handling is missing from the text.
The withdrawal: three days, and a threshold at 50,000 USDT
Section 8 gives a processing time of up to three days for a withdrawal request. That is the only statement about payout timing we read in the entire material; none of the other nine texts contains one.
Clause 8.8 adds a threshold of a different kind from the caps four of the others publish. A withdrawal above 50,000 USDT is paid in equal instalments over up to thirty days rather than in one piece. Clause 8.1 adds that a request exceeding the payment system’s own limit is split the same way.
It is therefore something other than a cap in the proper sense. The amount is paid, but the timing is set by the agreement, and the difference from a weekly or monthly cap is worth keeping apart — what the four published caps among the other rows look like is on the page about identity checks and withdrawals.
The term that applies to your own money
Clauses 8.11 and 8.12 contain a requirement that is easy to read past, because it concerns your own deposit rather than any bonus. The deposit must be wagered three times on casino games, or once on odds of 1.10 or higher, before a withdrawal goes through.
The terms also list grounds for refusing a request: that the deposit was made through an e-payment system, that the withdrawal amount is inconsistent with the bets placed, and misuse of the account. Two fees are written out — up to 16 USDT for an intermediary bank and 12.50 euros for a transfer in connection with closing an account.
The offers, and the figure that is missing
The promotion pages, read on 24 August 2026, describe a welcome package across four deposits: 150 per cent up to 1.5 BTC with a hundred free spins, then 100, 50 and 25 per cent with caps of 1 BTC, 1 BTC and 0.5 BTC. Alongside it sit a Thursday bonus of 100 per cent up to 2,500 USDT, ten per cent of every deposit daily, a monthly slot race and weekly cashback of up to seven per cent of net losses from VIP level 1.
The wagering requirement for the bonus is missing from what we read. The field is empty on our side, and empty means unread — which is something other than zero and something other than free.
The loyalty programme can be worked out from the operator’s own figures: one point per 30 dollars wagered, on slots only, and 200 points redeemed for a dollar. That comes to one dollar back per 6,000 dollars wagered, while table games and live tables earn zero points. The text we worked from is the consolidated wording under SFS 2026:90, in force since 1 May 2026. This is where Chapter 19 on unlawful gambling operations sits, together with 14 kap. 12 § on self-exclusion and the two repealed sections in Chapter 18.
The range, and what we could not check
The operator states 90 cryptocurrencies, with bitcoin, ether, tether, litecoin, dogecoin and ton given prominence, plus around 2,500 games from some forty suppliers. The suppliers go unnamed in every list we could read, unlike at six of the other rows.
There is a footer widget for buying coins through the exchange service Changelly, with nine coins listed. We left the cashier list itself unconfirmed at first hand, and nothing is therefore said here about which payment methods can actually be used.
The country list is the most important gap. We failed to read the operator’s list of excluded countries in full, and the row is therefore marked as unread rather than as cleared. Sweden’s absence from a list we failed to read amounts to information about nothing. The general part of the terms does, however, prohibit sports and live betting from Russia and permits funds to be forfeited and the account blocked on breach.
What the row leaves unsettled in Swedish law
None of the above affects the Gambling Act. The exclusion under 14 kap. 12 § applies at licensees, and that circle excludes an operator holding a permit from Curaçao; the section word for word is on the page about how far Spelpaus reaches.
The licence leaves the tax question open as well. 8 kap. 3 § of the Income Tax Act asks where the gambling is provided and whether a Swedish permit is required, that is, two matters missing from every register entry, and both limbs are dealt with on the page about tax on winnings.
