Wild Fortune asks for identification before the stake, not after
Wild Fortune is the only one of the 10 rows that puts the identity check before play rather than before the withdrawal. The monthly cap in clause 11.8 is stated in 6 currencies, and Swedish kronor is missing from them.
The order that sets this row apart from the other nine
The terms say that anyone depositing in coin must submit valid identification before play begins, and that deposits and stakes are held back until the check is complete. The reference is clause 18.1.
That is a different order from the one the others describe, and it does in fact resemble the one that applies inside the Swedish licensed circle: 12 kap. 4 § of spellagen says play must wait until identity has been established. The difference lies in what binds. At a licensee it is a statutory provision; at Wild Fortune it is a contract term the operator wrote itself and can change itself.
There is a second way of reading the same clause. A check before the first stake means the account is identified from the first moment, which for anyone looking for the opposite is an answer — and for anyone wanting to know where the money goes, one of the clearer terms in the table.
Three numbers in three places
The register entry at Anjouan reads ALSI-202509073-FI2, issued on 30 September 2025 to Metlait SRL, valid to 29 September 2026.
On the operator’s own site the number 0000064 appears instead. There is also a company registration number in Costa Rica, 3–102–911867, which is something else entirely from a gambling permit — a company register and a gambling register answer different questions.
None of the discrepancies is in itself an error. The point is the opposite: somebody who tries one of three numbers and gets nothing back has thereby shown nothing. How the other rows look on this point is set out on the page about offshore licences.
The validity period is the detail that ages fastest in the whole table. The permit expires at the end of September 2026, and the same applies to DuckDice a couple of weeks earlier. A permit that expires is usually renewed with a new issue date, but what happens in these two cases appears in none of the documents we read.
The text we worked from is the consolidated wording under SFS 2026:90, in force since 1 May 2026. This is where Chapter 19 on unlawful gambling operations sits, together with 14 kap. 12 § on self-exclusion and the two repealed sections in Chapter 18.
The monthly cap, and the six currencies
Clause 11.8 gives 15,000 EUR per month. The cap is moreover written out in six currencies at once: euros, US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars and Norwegian kroner.
Swedish kronor is missing from the list, and that is in itself the most practical piece of information in the clause for a reader here. A balance measured in something other than what you count in carries an extra moving part, and it applies to the deposit as much as to the win.
The operator writes further that larger balances may be split into monthly instalments, and that a maximum per payment method is missing — only that it varies with the method. A cap therefore governs how fast the money arrives rather than whether it arrives, which holds for all four caps in the table and is described on the page about identity checks and withdrawals.
The country list against the licence’s own conditions
The operator’s list of excluded countries covers 47 entries, eleven of which lie within the EEA. Sweden is absent from it.
The comparison with the licence is the interesting part. Anjouan’s standard conditions for its licensees name five jurisdictions as prohibited on the ground of state monopolies: Austria, Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands. Wild Fortune’s own list names a single one of the five, the Netherlands.
That is an observation rather than an accusation. The lists are written for different purposes, one by the issuer and the other by the operator, and they may well differ in content. But for a customer in one of the other four countries the difference is practical, because a dispute is brought against the operator under the licence whose conditions the issuer drafted. What the operator publishes otherwise
The coin list covers ten entries. We failed to read any list of game suppliers, and the cell therefore stands empty — empty means unread rather than a small range.
A founding year is missing from what we read. The measure of age that can nevertheless be checked is the issue date in the register, and it appears together with the others on the page about new casinos.
The operator lacks a sportsbook according to our material, which sets the row apart from most of the others in the table.
What the check before play does not mean
It leaves the operator outside the circle of licensees under spellagen, and it withholds the seven duties a Swedish permit brings with it — a gambling account with twelve months of history, a deposit limit set by the player, information in Swedish and connection to the exclusion register.
