Metaspins writes out a threshold without writing out the figure

The wording that commits the operator least of all ten
Clause 9.7 of the terms says identity must be verified once play reaches a certain level. Which level goes unwritten there, in amount as well as in time.
It is the clearest illustration in the whole material of what a discretionary wording does. The sentence looks like a threshold, it reads like a threshold, and a figure is missing from it. The operator therefore commits to nothing while the phrasing suggests the opposite.
Set it against the three rows that state an amount with a clause number and the difference becomes concrete: a published figure can be used to hold somebody to something, an unnamed level can be reached at the first withdrawal as easily as at the thirtieth. Two permits, two company names, two registers
The Curaçao certificate register answers with OGL/2024/1063/0437, granted 4 October 2024, company Metaspins N.V. The Anjouan register answers with ALSI-202606048-FI2, issued 30 June 2026 and valid to 29 June 2027, company 3–102–959384 SRL.
The second of them is the freshest permit in the whole table, a little over two months old at the time of this reading. The operator’s own site carries the Anjouan number, while the Curaçao certificate reads the other.
Two permits carry the same weight as one. But they sharpen the question of the counterparty, because the company names differ between the registers and it is the name in the terms that settles who a contract is entered into with. The text we worked from is the consolidated wording under SFS 2026:90, in force since 1 May 2026. This is where Chapter 19 on unlawful gambling operations sits, together with 14 kap. 12 § on self-exclusion and the two repealed sections in Chapter 18.
The issuer is called three things on the operator’s own pages
The terms call the issuer the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. The footer says the government of the autonomous island of Anjouan. The register entry gives the Anjouan Gaming Board.
Three spellings of the same jurisdiction across three documents is hardly a criticism of the operator; across the collection of a hundred operators the issuer appears in eight different spellings. It is, however, a reason to avoid classifying an operator by what it calls its supervisory authority. The number is the identifier, and the register decides — the reasoning is on the page about offshore licences.
Clause 12.5: the cap depends on the payment method
A fixed cap on withdrawals is missing. Instead clause 12.5 says the maximum withdrawal amount may be limited depending on which payment method is chosen.
The methods go unlisted, though the clause presupposes that there are several. It is one of few wordings in the material that mentions the payment route at all, and it says something about the form without saying anything about the amount.

The longest country list, with an open end
The list of excluded countries covers 58 entries, the longest among the ten rows. Sweden is absent from it.
One of the entries stops short of being exhaustive, however: United Kingdom (including any overseas territories), without the territories being named. A list that leaves its own entries unwritten resists an exhaustive reading, so it fails as proof that a country is absent from it.

What the operator publishes otherwise
The coin list covers eight entries, the shortest of the seven we could read. A list of game suppliers eluded us, and that cell stands empty.
The operator states provably fair games and a sportsbook. Provably fair is a property of the game mechanics and says nothing about how a payout is handled; the two questions are settled by different parts of the agreement.
A founding year is missing. The measure of age that can be checked is the register date, and on that measure this row is the youngest of the nine dated ones.
What the row leaves unsettled
Two foreign permits are still zero Swedish ones. The bonus rule in 14 kap. 9 §, the deposit limit in 14 kap. 7 § and the exclusion in 14 kap. 12 § are all drafted about the licensee under spellagen, and the list with section numbers is on the page about online casinos.
