Bitcasino.io gives one number on the site and another in the policy
Bitcasino.io publishes the highest withdrawal cap in the table, 1,000,000 USDT per week, and its verification threshold of 2,500 EUR in clause 6.6 recurs word for word at 2 other brands in the collection of a hundred operators.
The certificate, and the other number
The register entry is unambiguous. The Curaçao Gaming Authority issued OGL/2023/111/0069 to Moon Technologies B.V., the certificate was granted on 1 July 2024 and the status is Active. We read the entry in the authority’s certificate register.
The operator’s own documents disagree with each other. The number above appears on the front page and in the help section, while the anti-money-laundering policy instead gives 1668/JAZ and names the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as supervisory authority. That number belongs to the older series and also appears at Rocketpot.
The year in the number is moreover something other than a date. The certificate reads 2023 but was granted during 2024, and the same applies to another of the Curaçao rows — the pattern and its exceptions are set out on the page about new casinos.
Clause 6.6, and the word additional
The verification threshold is 2,500 EUR and sits in clause 6.6. It is one of only five amounts across the whole hundred-row sample, and a published figure is unusual enough to count twice in our measure.
The wording deserves a slow reading, though. The operator reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawals exceeding the amount. A published threshold therefore marks the point at which an extra check is expressly to be expected, rather than a level that keeps checks away.
The terms also say a check may take place at any time, including at the first deposit. The check is thereby tied to the operator’s assessment of the account rather than to a step in the sequence, which holds for most of the rows and is dealt with on the page about identity checks and withdrawals.
The same figure in the same place at three brands
Three of the five amounts are identical down to the clause number: Bitcasino.io, Sportsbet.io and Livecasino.io all write 2,500 EUR in clause 6.6.
An identical figure in an identical place in a document arises by design rather than by itself. We note the coincidence, leave it uninvestigated and therefore offer nothing by way of a conclusion about who is behind whom. The practical value of the observation is that moving between two signs may well leave the counterparty unchanged.
The text we worked from is the consolidated wording under SFS 2026:90, in force since 1 May 2026. This is where Chapter 19 on unlawful gambling operations sits, together with 14 kap. 12 § on self-exclusion and the two repealed sections in Chapter 18.
The weekly cap in clause 6.10
Clause 6.10 gives 1,000,000 USDT per week. That is the highest published cap among the ten rows and in the whole collection of a hundred operators.
A high cap differs from an absent one, and a cap governs how fast the money arrives rather than whether it arrives. For the great majority of withdrawals this figure therefore carries little practical weight — which is itself informative, since it commits the operator to very little.
The period is a week, which makes the figure impossible to compare directly with the two monthly caps among the other rows. None of the sets of terms contains an exchange rate, so the amounts stay in their own currencies.
The longest supplier list
The operator publishes a list of game suppliers with 120 names, the longest of the six we could read. The list was read in an archived copy of the operator’s own page, and the earliest copy our search found lay at 6 February 2023.
An archived text reflects the range at the copy’s date rather than today. The count is moreover a lower bound: some names stand for the same studio under two spellings, and some entries are categories rather than suppliers.

Two gaps worth writing out
We failed to read any list of coins accepted. The footer has a box labelled Payment methods, and the only thing we could read in it was the exchange rate 1 USDT = 1 USD. The cell in the table therefore stands empty, and empty means unread.
The country list is linked yet left out of the text we read. The only country named expressly is Japan — one entry rather than a list — and the list therefore counts as incomplete on our side. Which countries the other rows exclude is on the page about offshore operators.
What the row leaves unsettled
The certificate says an authority in Curaçao has assessed the business against its own rules. It leaves the gambling unlicensed under spellagen, and it leaves both the bonus rule in 14 kap. 9 § and the exclusion in 14 kap. 12 § untouched.
We lack an account with the operator and have deposited nothing. The terms were read on 26 August 2026, and the register entry the same day.
